Musica Viva Sessions is a unique chamber music experience that invites you to discover surprising collaborations from Australia’s most exciting classical music artists, performing the works they love but rarely get the chance to play.

Each Session takes on a fresh new form as a constantly changing roster of musicians takes you into some of Sydney’s most remarkable and inspiring spaces, creating one-night-only chamber music encounters that blend music, place, passion and knowledge.

The ethereal sound of the harp combines with the glowing richness of the cello in our third Musica Viva Session, played in a private amphitheatre above the harbour at Walsh Bay.

Harpist and broadcaster Genevieve Lang joins leading cellist Rachel Scott for a mix of modern and classical pieces, including works by Ross Edwards and Felix Mendelssohn.

Join us for a preconcert drink as the sun sets, and stay on after the performance to meet
