Bach in the Dark is going to Canberra! Rachel is delighted that she will go to her former music college (the Canberra School of Music) and be able to present a concert with her former teacher from the School of Music – what a great reason for a special concert!

For the third program in the 2018 series, Rachel is joined by  former teacher and dear friend (and cello great!), David Pereira. If you’ve been a concert with David and Rachel before you’ll know that you’re in for a night of great musical conversation! A critic said that Rachel and David’s playing “has the feel of a celebration, of untempered, free and loose-limbed music-making, where lines are shaped by boldness…”

The program will include works by J.S. Bach, re-imagining of Bach by David Pereira and some musical surprises!
