Bach in the Dark – Cello and Guitars – CANCELLED

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this event has been cancelled.

Rachel is joined by her good friends Raffaele and Janet Agostino (Duo Agostino) on classical guitar, and they’ll be playing in the stunning Sisters’ Chapel at the Sisters of Mercy Convent, Singleton, Hunter Valley.

If you’ve come to a concert by these three friends before, you’ll know you are in for a night of intimacy, warmth, excellent music-making and musical friendship! This is what has been said about their playing… “The warmth of the combination of cello and two guitars proves to be soothing and irresistible. Prepare to be seduced by this collaboration of friends and fellow artists.”

The night will feature music by J.S. Bach, his son C.P.E. Bach, the trio’s good friend Richard Charlton, Graeme Koehne, Offenbach – and a few other surprises!

Concert tickets are $35 (adult) and $5 (school student) at trybooking.com/585665 (or $5 extra at the door) – so it’s cheaper to buy online and early! Also, online ticket holders receive preferential seating, and can arrive from 7pm to choose their seat.
If you fancy something a little extra beforehand, you can have canapes and a glass of Hunter Valley wine. These tickets (for adults only) are $20 per person and must be pre-booked  also at trybooking.com/585665.
